be considered hazardous waste which has special requirement
and regulations that govern how it is handled. The
Business Environmental Program (BEP) staff is here
to help in answering all of your questions related
to hazardous waste. The BEP staff can:
- Answer your questions over the phone regarding
hazardous waste;
- Perform a site visit to help asses regulatory
compliance and to provide guidance to return to
compliance ( free and confidential); and
- Assist in understanding the regulations.

fall into one of three categories:
Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CEG);
Small Quantity Generators (SQG);
Large Quantity Generators (LQG).
