Biennial Reporting Requirements for Generators of Hazardous WasteWho Must Report?All hazardous waste generators and handlers who held an active EPA identification number
during the 2005 report year, including conditionally exempt small quantity generators
(CESQG) and non-generators with an active EPA Identification Number. The report details the type and amount of hazardous waste that was generated onsite, shipped off site and received from off site during the 2005 report year. The report also includes the EPA Identification Number of the site the hazardous waste was shipped to and from. Biennial Reports are filed for odd numbered calendar years only, such as 2001, 2003, 2005, etc. What Is The Purpose Of The Report?To inform the public and Federal, State and local government officials about the onsite management of hazardous waste and to provide verification of the "cradle-to-grave" disposition of hazardous waste.
